RCBO automation testing production line

The technical requirements

1. Equipment operating power voltage: AC380V±10%, 50Hz±1Hz; Equipment power: 33KW.

2. Function of the device: (1) test on/off, phase sequence: the electrode on the product, push rod closing, check whether it is on/off, repeat the test once (the number of test times is 1-9, which can be set arbitrarily); Automatically detect whether the phase sequence of incoming and outgoing product is reversed.

(2) test residual action current: apply the test voltage (230V/400V voltage, 2P/4P) at the product power supply end, push rod closing, the residual current increases steadily from 0.5I n, the current rises once in 1 second (the rise step is 0.3mA/ cycle, the speed can be set). Check whether the product is working, if not, it will show unqualified, stop the follow-up testing; Repeat the test once (the number of tests is 1-9, which can be set arbitrarily).

(3) test button test: the product push rod closes, apply 230V/400V voltage and 2P/4P to the product power supply end, press the test button to detect whether the product is moving, if not, the fault will be displayed, and the subsequent test will be stopped; If the action, repeat the test 1 time (the detection times 1-9 times can be set arbitrarily).

(4) cut-off time detection: product push rod closing, press the test button, apply 230V/400V voltage (2P/4P) to the product power supply end, the remaining current is 30mA (the detection current can be set arbitrarily), the cut-off time of the detection product after the application of the remaining action current, repeat the test once (the detection number 1-9 can be set arbitrarily).

(5) the detection fixture of the equipment is suitable for the switching production of the leakage circuit breaker 2P and 4P products.

(6) when the device is designed, the touch screen has the function of saving data for 30 days without power, which is convenient for the management of production data; The saved parameters include quantity of qualified products, quantity of unqualified products and date of production.

3. The foot spacing of each test unit is adjustable to facilitate the movement, assembly and debugging of the production line.

4. The flexible chain plate conveyor line of the equipment is used to transport products. The plane of the conveyor line is 900mm±50mm above the ground.

5. When the equipment fails in the working process, it has the function of interlock protection between the upper and lower processes to avoid damage to the equipment. When the equipment fails, it will stop automatically. And a fault alarm information.

6. The touch screen of the device can be cut off to save production data for 30 days; Saving parameters include production quantity and production date; At the same time, the function of intelligent manufacturing execution system (MES system) can be configured. The communication interface for data acquisition of the equipment is: RS232; RS485. UBS. LAN network interface, etc.

7. The equipment automatically monitors the air supply pressure and displays the monitoring information in real time.

8. The equipment automatically monitors the power supply voltage, current and power, and displays the monitoring information in real time.
